WHAT IS THE REALIZATION PROCESS?

"Matter is overwhelmingly empty space at the atomic level, with atoms being about 99.9999999% empty space"

The Realization Process offers two deep frameworks for cultivating and restoring first a deep sense of embodied ground  (with the profound inner security that  being at one within the body offers) and secondly from there an ever deepening sense of internal and external unity. It is above all else the finding of a place to rest that is already rested and profoundly resourced, that is within us, within easy access and actually the easeful ground of our beings.  Because this place of resource is the reclamation of the internal space within our body, it offers us the experience of space, spaciousness, unconditionality and ever deeper ground to draw from.

Embodiment- the capacity to feel deeply and easefully at one in oneself- is cultivated through a series of unfolding practices that bring one into being within the body and its' ever available spaciousness and ease.

Unity or unified awareness starts to arise naturally from this ground and from these practices. One is already settled into oneself easefully, resourced there and hence the outer world (which is also made of the very same space/spaciousness) starts to offer an increasing depth of non-separate unity. We are made of space, everything has this space as ground and we get to rest there again and again, the space within the body directly supporting the experience of this spacious ground. The Realization Process is unique in that it gives this grounded sense of the body, life, the world in all its seeming diversity and separateness, an opportunity for unity and as such a coming home to oneself and to the world. It is a gift that keeps on giving as one comes into relationship with the practices that are portals to this grounded ease.
