My training in SHEN® Therapy followed a foundation of training in the complementary health field over a period of 20 years. Training in Yoga, Meditation, Organic Horticulture and Esoteric Healing arose out of a major health challenge in my mid 20's.

Encountering Shen Therapy (and training thereon) proved invaluable in this healing process, meeting me in the depths with gentleness, clarity and capacity. It has shown me the integrative nature of the mind, emotions and body and that when challenges in the depths arise, new growth, resources and ease are also available. I look forward to meeting you in these transformative moments of challenge and change or simply to offer you a process of deep relaxation.

In 2024 after three years of training, I completed my Teacher Training in the Realization Process method. This method is a tool for deep embodiment, meditation and healing of long held contractions in the mind and body. It is a gift to share these processes with you as a teacher/facilitator.
